YallaBet Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern participation in the YallaBet Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By registering and participating in the Program, you (the "Affiliate") agree to abide by the following terms set out by YallaBet (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

 

  1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Acceptance Email" means the email sent by YallaBet confirming the Affiliate's acceptance into the Program.

"Affiliate" means the individual or legal entity that has completed the registration process and has been approved by YallaBet to participate in the Program.

"Affiliate Site" or "Advertising Space" refers to the website(s), platforms, or media where the Affiliate promotes YallaBet.

"Agreement" means this legally binding contract between YallaBet and the Affiliate.

"Brand" refers to YallaBet's name, concept, logo, and associated branding material.

"Business" means YallaBet's gambling and casino-related offerings.

"Commission" means compensation payable to the Affiliate based on the agreed model (revenue share, CPA, or hybrid).

"Database" refers to proprietary data maintained by YallaBet, including customer and Affiliate information.

"Fraud" includes, but is not limited to: self-referrals, bonus abuse, chargebacks, use of stolen credit cards, misleading advertisements, and automated traffic.

"Gross Revenue" means total real-money wagers received from New Depositors.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means all trademarks, copyrights, know-how, domain names, and other rights owned by YallaBet.

"Link" means the unique hyperlink provided to the Affiliate to track referred users.

"New Depositor" means an individual who:

  1. Opens a new account with YallaBet;
  2. Has not held an account previously;
  3. Is verified and aged 18 or above;
  4. Deposits and wagers real money;
  5. Accesses the site through the Affiliate's unique link.

"Net Revenue" or "Net Profit" means Gross Revenue minus: payouts, taxes, chargebacks, transaction fees, bonuses, fraud losses, and third-party platform/provider fees.

"Payment Agent" is a third party appointed by YallaBet to process payments.

"Payment Trigger" means a verifiable action by a New Depositor that qualifies the Affiliate for commission.

"Prohibited Materials" includes: illegal content, hate speech, obscene material, unauthorized use of IP, malware, and spam.

"Sub-Affiliate" means an entity referred by an existing Affiliate, tracked and approved by YallaBet.

"Super-Affiliate" refers to the Affiliate who referred a Sub-Affiliate and may receive a percentage of their earnings.

"Technical Platform" refers to the system that tracks Affiliate activity and calculates earnings.

"Term" means the duration of the Agreement.

 

  1. Joining the Program

To join, Affiliates must complete the registration form and accept these Terms. The Agreement is effective upon the sending of the Acceptance Email.

YallaBet reserves the right to reject applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasoning.

 

  1. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • Maintain a functional, accurate, and compliant Affiliate Site.
  • Use only approved marketing materials.
  • Avoid marketing YallaBet in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited.
  • Do not register self-referrals or incentivize signups.
  • Cooperate with KYC, ID verification, and traffic checks.
  • Refrain from sending spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Ensure cookie and data compliance with applicable laws.
  • Do not copy competitor or internal YallaBet websites.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination.

 

  1. Link and Brand Usage
  • Use only authorized links provided by YallaBet.
  • Do not modify banners, logos, or trademarks.
  • Avoid suggesting partnership or agency beyond the affiliate relationship.
  • Do not place links in inappropriate or underage-targeted content.
  • All brand use must comply with the YallaBet Brand Manual.

 

  1. YallaBet Rights
  • YallaBet may modify the Program and these Terms at any time.
  • We reserve the right to withhold commissions pending fraud or traffic investigation.
  • We may assign rights to a Payment Agent.
  • YallaBet is not liable for tracking failures due to technical errors or browser settings.

 

  1. Commission & Payment Terms
  • Revenue Share based on FTDs:
    • 0-20 = 20%
    • 21 - 50 = 30%
    • 51 - 100 = 40%
    • 101+ = 45%
  • Minimum payout threshold: €100
  • Payment method: Bank Transfer or USDT
  • Negative carryover: Optional reset at start of each month
  • Payment Schedule: By the 15th of the following month for requests made before the 5th
  • Payment Conditions:
    • At least 10 New Depositors
    • Preliminary traffic analysis passed
    • Commission balance ≥ €100
  • Sub-Affiliate: 5% of Sub-Affiliate's commission
  • If inactive (fewer than 15 NDs in 90 days): Revenue share reduced to 20%

 

  1. Termination

YallaBet may terminate the Agreement immediately if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • The Affiliate's identity cannot be verified
  • Site targets minors or violates content rules
  • Account is inactive for 6 months
  • Breach of any material terms

Upon termination, the Affiliate must:

  • Remove all YallaBet materials
  • Cease all promotional activities
  • Forfeit further commission unless otherwise agreed

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content and IP remain property of YallaBet
  • Affiliate receives non-exclusive, revocable right to use brand for promotion
  • Any misuse, alteration, or imitation of YallaBet brand elements is prohibited
  • Upon termination, all rights are revoked and materials must be deleted

 

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all commercial, technical, and customer-related information.

 

  1. Indemnity

Affiliate agrees to indemnify YallaBet against any losses, claims, or damages resulting from:

  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Infringement of IP
  • Misuse of the Program or brand
  • Legal violations

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

YallaBet shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • Technical interruptions
  • Indirect, special, or consequential losses

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

All complaints must be submitted via email to: [email protected] with:

  • Full name
  • Account ID
  • Summary of the issue
  • Supporting documentation

Only written email complaints will be processed. Threats or abusive language will result in refusal to cooperate.

 

  1. General Provisions
  • Entire agreement: This document supersedes prior agreements.
  • No agency: Nothing herein shall be construed as partnership or employment.
  • Notice method: Email shall suffice for formal communications.
  • Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
  • Severability: If a clause is invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
